Pharmacovigilance &
Drug Safety Report

Help us monitor the safety of our medicines. Report a suspected side effect, medication error, or product quality concern involving a Fahmir Pharma product.

Our Commitment

Better Understanding.
Safer Use of Medicines.

Pharmacovigilance involves collecting and reviewing information about suspected side effects and other medicine-related problems.

Patients, caregivers, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals can use this page to share a concern. You do not need to be certain that a medicine caused the event to report it.

Not Sure? You Can Still Report.

Describe what happened and provide the details you know. A suspected concern can be reported without confirming that the medicine caused it.

What You Can Report

Medication-Related Problems

Medication errors, overdose, misuse, lack of effect, or exposure during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
